HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside

  • Be courteous of noise levels

COMFORT :

  • Heating: Bedroom thermostats increase the heat for that room.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Return Parking Permit *parking permits cost $75 to replace, please be sure you leave it behind for the next guest!

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub

PARKING :

1 Total Spaces:

  • Numbered 10-A, near building #10
  • Overflow parking available just to the left of the entrance to the community, spaces facing the main road. Do not park in front of numbered spaces.
  • No street parking
  • No oversized vehicles or trailers
