  • A well organized and stocked owner's closet can set you up for a smooth operation. Below is a list of items that we recommend stocking before your listing goes live.

Update Your Documents

  • Use this secure ACH form to update your bank account and payout information for your monthly disbursements.

  • Update your IRS W-9 on file using our secure form.

    At Tax Season, you will receive a 1099-K along with an End-Of-Year Earnings Report.

  • Update your authorized amount for AIR MGMT to streamline small replacements or small repairs on your behalf. We suggest starting with a $500 minimum, but you can always update this amount as you see fit.

    *If costs are expected to exceed this amount, or the work required a specialty vendor, we will reach out to you.

  • This questionnaire is designed to collect any vendors that you have authorized for and trust with your home. This information will be used for smooth coordination and emergency scenarios that could occur at your property.
