Thank you for choosing to stay at Ocean Breeze Bungalow, we are happy to host you! We hope you have a relaxed, enjoyable time while you are here, please make yourself at home. This guide has useful tips from a local, so get excited for your adventure!

HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Keep wet clothing/ towels off of the furniture and wood floors.
  • Leave washing maching lid open when not in use to prevent mildew.
  • Store beach toys in the garage
  • Please place trash inside of the gray bin located inside of the garage. Trash can be placed curbside Thursday evening for Friday pick-up.
  • Dishwasher - You must press the "start" button 2 times to begin the cycle.

COMFORT :

  • Heating & Cooling: Digital thermostats are located at the end of the hallway. Cycle through modes for heat, cool or fan. Select desired temperature with the up and down arrows.

  • Maintaining a Cool Home: Closing the window curtains/ blinds throughout the daytime hours will greatly assist the Air Conditioning system throughout the heat of the day.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the shower/ bath areas.
  • Close garage door, secure the front door.
