HOUSE GUIDELINES :
- No smoking inside
- No parties
- No Trash outside of unit for any period of time.
(The HOA is very strict and will report these to the city and fine the guests)
- Always close doors to prevent bears from getting inside
- Hot Tub is designed to accomodate 2 people, but no more than 4 people maximum. Too many in the tub will cause the water to overflow and disable the function of the hot tub.
**Hot Tub deck can be slippery in cold weather.
- Sauna: Please manually shut off after use
- Leave shoes at entryway
- Leave ski boots / equipment at entryway
- Be courteous of noise levels.
Quiet Hours are 8pm - 8am
COMFORT :
- Heating: Nest Thermostat is located at the base of the stairs in the living room. This will adjust the heat settings.
- Cooling: Window and Portable A/C units. Opening the windows in the evenings also allows the cool mountain air for you to trap in the mornings.
CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :
- Dishes started in the dishwasher
- Used towels placed in the bathtub/ shower areas
- Parking Permit Placed on Kitchen Counter ($50. replacement)
- Pool Key Returned to Kitchen Counter ($50. replacement)
- Ice machine turned off in freezer.
