HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave ski boots at door
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Re-lock bear bar on dumpster
  • Coin laundry available ground floor
  • When using the shower, please step over the bar on the rim of the tub, it is a splash guard and becomes detached when stepped on or bumped.

COMFORT :

  • Heating: Radiant heat from boiler system in the building, thermostat increases the heat.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub
  • Return Parking Permit
