HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • No parties
  • Leave shoes at the entrance
  • Be courteous of noise levels

COMFORT :

  • Heating: Thermostats increase the heat for that room. Open each side panel, ensure left-side switch is set to "on" and use the arrows on the right panel to increase the heat setting.

  • Primary Bathroom Floors: Use the digital, touch-screen thermostat.

  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the shower/ bathtub
  • Key placed back into the lockbox
