HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave ski boots at door
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Re-lock bear bar on dumpster

COMFORT :

  • Thermostat will increase the heat with the baseboard heaters, be careful, the basesboard heaters will melt objects.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes washed and drying on the counter.
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub

PARKING :

First come, permit required- the HOA leaves the permit in the home for your stay.
