HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave ski boots at bottom of stairs
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Extra items may be stores in the garage, far right.
  • Excess trash placed in garage, garage code: 7040

COMFORT :

  • Thermostat will increase the heat
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub
