HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • Register Vehicles
  • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, this includes the balcony or grounds of the community.
  • No parties
  • Be courteous of noise levels

COMFORT :

  • Heating: Thermostat located on the wall near the entrance and kitchen will control the electic baseboard heaters.
  • Fireplace: There is a timer located to the right of the fireplace. Select a pre-set time and the fire will ignite.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub
