HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • No parties
  • Leave shoes at the entrance
  • Be courteous of noise levels

COMFORT :

  • Heating: Dial-thermostats increase the heat for that room.

  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air. The thermostat closest to the front door controls the A/C.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the shower/ bathtub
  • Key placed back into the lockbox

  • Space #23, please only park in this designated space, as each condo has one assigned space (Pull completetly forward into the space).
