HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave shoes & ski boots at door
  • How to: Private ski locker at the ski base
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Re-lock bear bar on dumpster
  • Coin laundry available at the Club House, use the white key-card to enter

COMFORT :

  • Thermostats will increase the heat with the baseboard heaters of that room.
  • Fireplace: The lower thermostat to the left of the fireplace and TV will ignite the fireplace when the temperature is increased.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows and shades during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishwasher started
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub
  • Set thermostats to at least 65 degrees.
  • Return pool card and parking permit
