HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • The grill has a direct propane line and does not require a tank for use.
  • Hot tub is located at the Clubhouse/ Main building, you will need to schedule a timeframe with the front desk.
  • Leave ski boots and equipment at door
  • Dumpsters are located at the edge of the parking lot

COMFORT :

  • Heating: The thermostat in the living room controls the baseboard heaters to increase the heat of the home. Baseboard heaters will melt objects placed against them!

  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the shower
  • Return Parking Permit and Keys to the front desk
