HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave ski boots at door
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Excess trash can be placed in the chute near the stairwell
  • Coin laundry available on ground floor

COMFORT :

  • Thermostat will increase the heat with the baseboard heaters
  • Thermostat for the bathroom and entrance are located directly on the baseboard heaters
  • Fireplace is operated by the square remote
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

  • Dishes started in the dishwasher
  • Used towels placed in the bathtub
