HOUSE GUIDELINES :

• No smoking inside
• Leave ski boots at door
• Be courteous of noise levels

COMFORT :

• Heating: Thermostats throughout the condo will increase the heat through the baseboard heaters in each room.
• Fireplace: To turn on, flip the switch that is located to the left of the fireplace near the shelves.
• Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES :

1. Double check for all of your belongings.
2. Take out the trash. There will be a $50 charge if the trash is not taken out. I understand this is frustrating but it is part of my contract with the cleaners. There is a large green trash dumpster on the north side of the building. It is locked, due to bears, so you will need the key.
3. Leave used towels in the bathtubs.
4. Unplug the coffee pots.
5. Close all the windows and blinds.
6. Leave the keys in the laundry room.
7. Do NOT strip the beds or duvets. There will be a $100 charge if they are stripped.
