HOUSE GUIDELINES :

  • No smoking inside
  • Leave ski boots at door
  • Be courteous of noise levels
  • Re-lock bear bar on dumpster

COMFORT :

  • Thermostats will increase the heat with the baseboard heaters in each room.
  • Fireplace: The timer to the right of the fireplace will ignite the fireplace for the selected amount of time.
  • Cooling: Mountain homes typically rely on opening the windows throughout the night to let the cool mountain air in, and closing the windows during the day to trap the cool air.

First come, digital permit is required - QR code is located on the post of the breezeway on the way to the condo.
